TD Canada Trust

So I have been a Td customer for 30+ years. I moved to Parkland County 6 years ago and have only dealt with the branch in Stony Plain. I have had some disagreements but lately it has gone further down hill. The front counter employees are great always have been and until recently the management and financial advisers have also been great but now they have the most cold and ugly manager there. Her personality is disgusting and her attitude is even worse. She has a higher than you type of attitude and has zero personal skills. Shame on Td for putting someone like this in that role./ When you call the customer service rep you do not get any results as you are talking to someone in another area and you can tell he reads off a Que card. This interaction with this individual has driven me to take my personal account my business accounts and look to move them and all investments to another bank all together. My wife states I should just move branches but I say no way. If my bank feels putting this miserable person as their face for their bank I am finished with them. Today I have learned that customer loyalty is non-existent with anyone regardless of how long you are a good customer to them.
